- Stay ahead of the curve with a thorough understanding of litigation processes.
- Keep track of deadlines proactively.
- Manage cases diligently, notifying attorneys of necessary actions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- File documents electronically with the courts.
- Draft documents and filings with precision.
- Assist in preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Bring a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to the table.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exercise sound judgment, including the ability to identify and escalate issues.
- Deliver excellent oral and written communication.

What You'll Need:
