Neurosurgeon

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented neurosurgeon to join our successful and growing neuroscience program. The incoming physician will join an established program and have the opportunity to develop a neuro-oncology practice while also enjoying a mix of general and cranial neurosurgery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·          Provide surgical care to patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting

·          Work with an interdisciplinary team of neurologists, APPs, intensivists and oncology specialists

·          Participate in a shared call rotation

·          Responsible for potential back-up coverage for comprehensive stroke program

·          Utilize cutting edge technology for robotic surgical services

Qualifications:

·          Board eligible or board certified in neurosurgery

·          Interest, experience and/or training in neuro-oncology is preferred

Experience and Skills:

·          Demonstrated success in clinical practice

·          Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

·          Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
