What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Manager position at Impact Solutions Inc?
We are hiring for a manufacturing plant manager in the Garnet Valley PA Area. 4 day work week, Monday-Thursday
The incumbent will have:
- 3 years of manufacturing management experience, including managing multiple supervisors
- a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related fields AND/OR 7-10 years of overall manufacturing experience
- strong background in metal fabrication
- proficiency in interpreting blueprints/shop drawings
- experience planning production lines
- strong personnel management and communication skills
- computer competency, specifically with the MS Office suite
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and working within ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are pluses.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
