The Production Supervisor is responsible for setting and achieving daily production goals while managing the workflow of the production team, ensuring materials are available, and obtaining completion of work orders for filtration products to customer’s scheduling requirements. Must be able to maintain a well-organized shop for efficient output.
This role will work directly with Production Resource Manager to manage personnel issues and address equipment issues, providing clear instruction and support related to production and quality assurance while also mentoring others to succeed. The overall goal of the position is to ensure that productivity, efficiency, and utilization KPIs are achieved every month.
This position is also responsible for continuous shop floor improvement looking for new and creative ways to improve key KPIs. This position works with the Master Scheduler, Production Support, Technical, Quality, Industrial engineer, Warehouse, and all Production Workers.

Five years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. This includes having experience working with both quality and manufacturing efficiency and directing production work flow.
Forklift (all new hires must go through internal forklift training)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Interpret production drawings and bill of materials
Excellent attention to details
Read/speak English (required) & Spanish
Basic math skills

Reliable and punctual attendance

1. Ensure integrity and quality of product in accordance with operating standards while meeting customer’s scheduling requirements (Achieve production daily/weekly/monthly KPI).
2. Effectively works with, supports and/or directs production personnel to meet production and customer scheduling requirements.
3. Ensure accurate accounting of all production time and accuracy of data entered in ERP from production orders.
4. Work with Master Scheduler to coordinate parts and raw materials to ensure continuous flow of production work.
5. Process necessary daily paperwork such as production orders (this includes processing orders in ERP system) and quality documentations.
6. Support in processing all completed production orders in ERP daily.
7. Leads daily production team meetings and coordinate with Industrial Engineer on safety talk and safety committee meetings. Ensures hourly Employee Monthly Safety Inspection sheets are completed.
8. Assist Production Resource Manager with schedule and timesheet management and arranging coverage.
9. Serve as Production Resource Manager in their absence.
10. Identify and organize training areas to improve flexible work force.
11. In conjunction with Production Resource Manager carry out incident, accident and non-conformity investigations.
12. Comply with OSHA and company safety regulations/policies, ISO registration standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
13. This position will be required to coordinate their work schedule, vacation, and OT production with Production Resource Manager.
