Senior Manager of Application Development

RiverLink Biz  United States (Remote)

Riverlink is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to fill the role of Senior Manager of App Development. While not directly involved in coding, you must possess a strong understanding of coding architecture. role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, act as a problem-solving "firefighter," and drive initiatives forward independently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, acting as a mentor and guide for team members.
  • Oversee release management for projects spanning the US and India.
  • Bring substantial experience in handling large-scale release processes.
  • Develop and communicate technical roadmaps for application development projects.
  • Effectively allocate resources and manage team capacity for optimal project delivery.
  • Oversee infrastructure migration projects, demonstrating an understanding of infrastructure challenges and solutions.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategic roadmaps for long-term development and growth.
  • Evaluate systems performance and devise scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 7 to 10 years in application development.
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Proven expertise in release management on a large scale.
  • Ability to create and execute technical roadmaps.
  • Experience with capacity and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of infrastructure migration projects.
  • Strategic mindset for roadmap development and growth.
  • Ability to analyze systems performance and implement scalable solutions.
