What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Impact Solutions?
Financial Analyst - Hybrid remote or in-office. $65K to $80K plus bonus.
A successful candidate should have a “roll up your sleeves and get the job done” attitude as well as the ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment. The Financial Analyst will be an intregal part of a corporate finance team that will be involved in a variety of duties including external reporting, investor relastions, earnings results and special projects.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in preparing materials for quarterly earnings, including managing, and participating in the preparation process with internal teams to obtain and integrate data and content for the materials.
- Assist in drafting investor communications, which could include executive talking points, conference call scripts, quarterly earnings materials, investor website content, fact sheets and investor presentations.
- Identify under-indexed investors via purchasing power and peer holdings that align with the Company’s long-term strategy
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate management of the Company’s investor relations website.
- Support Investor Relations events, including conferences, non-deal roadshows, and investor/analyst days, with scheduling, logistics, preparation work, and investor presentation updates
- Assist in producing reports and presentations on the Company’s shareholder feedback and activity for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 2 years financial analysis, public accounting or similar experience
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, modeling, linking, etc.
- Excellent communicate skills including verbal and written form.
