The right candidate is an organized leader with strong time management and interpersonal skills, who will ultimately be responsible for providing quality products in a timely manner to the most influential and recognizable names in defense.
The incumbent will have:
- 3 years of manufacturing management experience, including managing multiple supervisors
- a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related fields AND/OR 7-10 years of overall manufacturing experience
- strong background in metal fabrication
- proficiency in interpreting blueprints/shop drawings
- experience planning production lines
- strong personnel management and communication skills
- computer competency, specifically with the MS Office suite
Salary : $107,000 - $135,000
