Position: Production Supervisor
Shift: 1st | Hours: 7AM - 3PM
Type: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement / Contract-To-Hire
Pay Scale: $58 - 63,000/yr (Negotiable) | Industry: Manufacturing
Our Client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with the ability to streamline Injection Molding Production processes throughout the Machining, Production and Quality departments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Management, Supervision and Training of Machine Operators, Production Technicians, Quality Inspectors, etc. for Injection Molding Machining Processes.
- Coordinate with Production Managers to ensure all Production Requirements and Goals are met and delivered within Project Timelines.
- Works with Warehouse and Production Management to ensure On-Time Delivery.
- Works with QM to complete Quality requirements and ensure conformance / compliance.
- Understand resource-needs and production demand to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to delivering customer orders.
- Entered and Maintain accurate information in the MRP system.
- Ensure all supervisors and operators are fully trained to perform all tasks necessary in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure that all personnel are performing to meet production quality standards.
- Provide formal and informal performance feedback to all team members to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5 - 7 Years of Experience w/ Injection Molding Processes
- Bachelor of Science / Arts Degree (Preferred, Not Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Compute, Interpersonal, Team Building, Personal Development Skills
- Mechanicaly-Inclined and Lean Manufacturing Understanding
