Fervently collaborate with buyer, seller, and lender to create closing packets that support a world-class buying experience that prioritizes timely closings, superior service, accurate reporting, and process innovation.
Core Functions
Effectively communicate and work with lenders to produce final closing packets to ensure closings occur as scheduled.
Review title commitments, sales agreements, and other applicable closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Work efficiently in Impact Title software, websites, and programs essential for escrow.
Maintain working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the title industry to maintain escrow license.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Office environment
Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
Ability to lift 5 - 20 pounds.
Hours and Schedule
Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
