A Graphic Designer (prepress) is someone who can support in generating compelling visual stories that translate into branded environments and experiences, both live and virtual. A graphic designer is able to think it, design it, produce it and collaborate with others to bring it to life.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned. The duties and responsibilities as outlined in this Job Description may be changed from time to time by the Corporation, as it deems necessary, without further notice to the Employee.
Develop conceptual themes, visual identities and graphical elements for existing clients, new business and internal opportunities- Ability to take direction from internal stakeholders and assist with translating ideas and concepts into visual storytelling
- Working knowledge of print and digital media
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Create presentation proposals using PPT, Keynote and/or InDesign
- Stay fluent in current design trends, materials, and presentation techniques
- Communicate and present creative work in a clear and compelling fashion
- Must be able to work in deadline driven environment
- Collaborate with other departments across the organization
- Prioritize, track and deliver across multiple projects
- Maintains archive of current and past projects
- Assist with graphic layouts and production files
- Adhere to all global Impact XM processes and policies accurately and effectively

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have expert level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. They should also have knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Word Processing software, Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook.
