Overview
The Facilities & Service Manager will oversee service and technician staff for our locations while providing quick diagnosis and scheduling repairs on all equipment requests. The Manager will monitor the activities of facility maintenance to maximize service delivery to our customers while working closely with senior leadership on process improvement throughout our facility. This position will be based out of Racine, Wisconsin facility and the hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Perform routine and general repair maintenance, as well as troubleshoots minor problems involving electrical, structural, fleet, and equipment repair or maintenance.
- Supervise and assist the service team repairing and assembling of new equipment.
- Schedule service calls ensuring customer coverage; schedule or perform smaller dispenser installations or repairs
- Initiate a reorganization of the service department bin locations and implement a cycle count process for tracking stocking levels.
- Partner with management to recommend and implement process improvements within the department.
- Order supplies and maintain all tools in a good operating condition.
- Solicit quotes from contractors for all major repairs.
- Upkeep of files and insurance certificates for all contractors & business.
- Track and log all repairs, changes, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate Fire Extinguisher Service, Elevator inspections, and walk-throughs with Racine Fire Department.
- Coordinate with Warehouse supervisors for pick up and return of equipment.
- Schedule annual PM to comply with manufacturer warranty.
- Repair and maintain all office equipment.
- Coordinate repairing of all fork trucks and warehouse equipment.
- Provide cross training to team on all aspects of the service functions to provide adequate coverage for customer needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
You have:
- Associates Degree and/or Trade or Technical School courses preferred.
- 1-2 years previous maintenance experience or equivalent education
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance including operations, PM’s and repairs.
- Basic knowledge of office building systems (HVAC, Security, Electrical, Plumbing, Generators)
- Proven ability to effectively establish priorities and develop objectives, goals, and action plans to meet or exceed customer expectations within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstration of leadership ability, presentation capabilities and organization skills.
- Valid Drivers license.
