Overview
Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has an Office Clerk role available in Chelsea, MA! Join a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. This entry-level role is perfect for someone comfortable with repetitive tasks and willing to contribute wherever needed.
You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Assist the general accounting department
- Process daily receipts, prepare remittances and bank deposits, and record details
- Process credit card QuickPays
- Contact customers to resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist in posting petty cash reports
- Post credit card settlements daily
- Post electronic (ACH) payments daily
- Answer customer inquiries
- Assist the customer support department
- Maintain customer invoicing/AP portals for the team
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
You have:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable functions
- Proficiency with a 10-key calculator
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
