Job Duties
- In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
- Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
- Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
- Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
Qualifications & Key Characteristics
· LPN license for the state of Pennsylvania (required upon hire)
· Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English to safely and effectively perform duties
· Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
· Possess a true passion for excellence in nursing care
· Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
· Effectively interact with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members
