**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavioral health systems, patient assessment, clinical counseling, and research. Experience in applied behavior analysis, psychopharmacology, PTSD care, and medical terminology is highly valued. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans - Provide clinical counseling and support to patients dealing with various behavioral health issues - Utilize knowledge of psychopharmacology to assist in treatment planning - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care - Conduct research to enhance treatment protocols and improve patient outcomes - Offer PTSD care and support to individuals experiencing trauma-related symptoms **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field - State licensure as a Social Worker - Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Experience in inhale behavioral health systems Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve as a valued member of our social work team.
