Imperial Park is a Tax Credit property and has 93-units, seeking a Service Technician II Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responding to after hour emergency calls (Premium Pay)
Weekend Rotation

Responsibilities:
Perform basic electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs. Additionally, will provide residents with outstanding customer service, attention to detail and take pride in doing a good job. Selected individuals will assist with after hour emergency calls.
Position requires minimum three (3) years general plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs. must have the ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. Upon hire, must provide valid CA driver's license along with state required auto insurance.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- Perform basic home repairs to include electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs
- HVAC Certified preferred but not required
