JOB SUMMARY
To manage and mentor the Collections team to help IPFS become the market leader by delivering innovative financial & technology solutions to help our customers, partners and investors achieve their goals. The individual performing this job will assist in leading the collections team in the Region. The Collections Lead will work a territory to learn the business. They will assist the Regional Collection Manager with the planning and directing of the collection associates. This person will help monitor charge offs and review the client’s portfolio to see if changes are needed. This individual will help review fraud reports monthly to help protect the region. This person will work closely with the collection manager to review and handle problem accounts as well as any suspicious activity. The Collection Team Lead will monitor the regions over 60-day ratio, charge off ratio and current ratio.
