Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.


  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.


  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others.


  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software applications.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training is a plus.
