This is a fast paced, high volume Call Center role that can be worked in a remote environment for the right person.
Responsibilities
Assisting customers with emergency problems or unexpected situations
Providing solutions for customer problems
Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
Developing and maintaining customer relationships

Qualifications
Minimum of a High School Diploma & Equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent customer service skills
