What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Associate position at Implement Sales, LLC?
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our goals of getting or customers what they need when they need it. You must be comfortable receiving dozens of calls per day, working with large and small customers and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and inbound calls and emails
- Answering incoming calls from customers and entering Sales Orders
- Generating Purchase Orders to be sent to suppliers if an item is not in stock
- Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate territory managers for further development and closure

- Inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience answering dozens of calls per day

- Basic computer knowledge including email

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
