Title: Receptionist
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Location: Miami, FL
Description: The Receptionist is responsible for attending to internal and external visitors and deals with inquiries on the phone, face to face, and in a virtual environment. In addition, the Receptionist will assist with miscellaneous clerical duties that would require excellent PC & communication skills. Duties will include managing incoming and outgoing deliveries and maintaining supplies for the office. This position will support events for the office and facilitate accompanying meals for such events.

- Additional team support duties as needed.
You Will Be Successful If:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative assistant experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows based applications, word processing and spreadsheets.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
