Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Duties:
Ensure brand alignment with company values and objectives
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance , mentorship, and support to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Maintain performance standards for timely completion of marketing projects.
Develop and execute annual/monthly marketing budget, ensuring effective cost controls and operating efficiency.
Identify advertising opportunities to boost targeted traffic and meet sales targets at both local and corporate levels.
Devise and execute comprehensive campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and communication.
Monitor campaign ROI by analyzing data across the marketing funnel on a regular basis.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish campaign objectives for all prints, digital, and signage programs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
Oversee website content ensuring information is current, dynamic, and optimized for the bests possible user experience and SEO.
Develop and Manage CRM messaging for triggered emails, e-blasts, and messages sent to attract and nurture prospective buyers utilizing segmentation listed, scheduled messaging, landing pages, and forms for data acquisitions.
Curate content for social media channels, enhancing promotional efforts and effectively driving consumer website engagement.
Oversee the creation of print and digital campaign deliverables through the management of creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and other outside resources.
Manage marketing vendors and negotiate contracts.
Organize and execute sales-oriented events such as community events and grand openings.
provide on-site promotional support for community sales personnel and facilitate their self makriting efforts.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree is a plus - Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies - Proficiency in marketing automation software - Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Ads platform - Experience in print advertising and email marketing campaigns - Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively - Solid understanding of budgeting principles in a marketing context - Familiarity with performance marketing techniques - CRM experience with Salesforce
