Job Summary
The S&OP Coordinator/Data Analyst will be an integral part of establishing and maintaining a robust S&OP process. This position will create and manage all KPI’s associated with the S&OP process. They will be responsible for data analysis and subsequent process improvements related to trends in the data. They will also address data integrity issues and work to solve the root cause of process or system issues identified during the S&OP process.
Position Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor sales and production trends
- Create key performance indicators
- Maintain and design data dashboard/reporting systems to process and present data to provide greater insight into the MFG process and broader production processes in general
- Analyze and interpret data from various systems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and produce reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards to analyze facility supply and purchased service expenses by comparing actual, budget, and historical data
- Conducts some S&OP meetings, communicates and follows up on implementation of S&OP decisions
- Drives supply commitment process with Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Drives standardization of demand forecasting and supply (inventory, production) planning practices

Develops and tracks S&OP process Indicators and service metrics
- Forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, OTIF, process compliance
- Analyze capacity constraints and ensure alignment of service and inventory targets in S&OP plan
- Provide multiple scenario views as needed
- Review new business opportunities, provide feedback to leadership on supply obstacles towards meeting demand plan & potential solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations/Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Can multi-task, handles more than one priority at a time and shifts priorities quickly
- Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of Sales and Operations Planning
- Experience in a GMP environment is a plus
- Oracle knowledge is a plus
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- The employee may frequently be required to sit and talk or hear
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Cleanroom environment requires that gowning in the form of hospital scrubs, bunny suits, gloves and steel toe boots be worn. Also, no makeup or jewelry can be worn when working in the clean room environment
- Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
