Job Posting for Account Manager at Impulse Advanced Communications
The Account Manager's job is to maximize our relationships and profitability with assigned customers. This includes building a relationship with key customer contacts. Ultimately, the Account Manager is responsible for the customer's relationship with Impulse.
- Develop and maintain a relationship with each of the assigned customers
- Establish and manage customer goals and plans
- Take orders and process cancellations for assigned customers
- Develop, manage and execute customer marketing campaigns
- Engage in product adoption activities as well as Impulse-sponsored customer events
- Lead quarterly account reviews including service audits
- Coordinate and perform periodic in-person customer visits with customer key contact(s)
- Manage tickets and tasks
- Check-in and follow-up with unhappy customers
- College Degree
- 2 years of sales and account management experience.
- Proven success in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- US work authorization and must be willing to work in an office environment.
