The Account Manager's job is to maximize our relationships and profitability with assigned customers. This includes building a relationship with key customer contacts. Ultimately, the Account Manager is responsible for the customer's relationship with Impulse. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a relationship with each of the assigned customers
  • Establish and manage customer goals and plans
  • Take orders and process cancellations for assigned customers
  • Develop, manage and execute customer marketing campaigns
  • Engage in product adoption activities as well as Impulse-sponsored customer events
  • Lead quarterly account reviews including service audits
  • Coordinate and perform periodic in-person customer visits with customer key contact(s)
  • Manage tickets and tasks
  • Check-in and follow-up with unhappy customers
Qualifications

  • College Degree
  • 2 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • US work authorization and must be willing to work in an office environment.
Compensation
$22 - $30 hourly
