Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. You will be part of a team that is providing information, analysis, and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.
How You’ll Add Value
  • Assist with the development, implementation, training and communication of compliance-related policies, procedures, associated instructions, and forms
  • Support periodic internal and external reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures and guidelines are followed
  • Work collaboratively with other program areas to facilitate linkages that enhance overall program delivery
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials and reports related to compliance operations and progress
  • Support triage of hotline calls, and route to Compliance Officer for review while responding to non-compliance related calls
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual reports regarding hotline cases, compliance operations and progress
  • Organize and maintain legal and compliance calendar, files, logs and checklists
  • Responsibility for end-to-end consultant engagement compliance processes, including but not limited to, collection and review of documentation for accuracy, communicate with relevant stakeholders, calculate and communicating payments to consultants, and maintaining related tracking, databases and document repositories all in accordance with existing contracts and policy guidelines
  • Track all payments and reimbursements made to healthcare professionals and support transparency reporting in accordance with procedures
  • Maintain legal and compliance files and databases
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes and task lists
  • Draft legal agreements utilizing supplied forms, as directed
  • Draft letters and other correspondences
  • Obtaining due diligence materials such as OIG exclusion reports, corporate certificates of good standing, securities filings
  • Conduct research and prepare reports and memoranda
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, purchase orders and other administrative needs of the General Counsel and others as assigned
  • Establish and maintain a courteous and cooperative working relationship with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
  • Other projects or activities as required, and other job duties that may be assigned.
  • Role and responsibilities may be modified at any time as business needs require.
What You’re Bringing with You
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk, regulatory and/or legal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint) is required. Experience with Adobe Fillable Forms software, Access Database programming (software or agencies) and data visualization software is preferred.
  • Understanding and experience with legal agreements is preferred
  • Strong writing, analytical, mathematical, interpersonal, time-management and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and can work effectively under pressure in both a team setting and individually,
  • Must be able to handle confidential information.
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple projects.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in the areas of business, business administration, law, or other related field of study
  • Experience working in a corporate executive environment preferred
