We are looking for an experienced and motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, executing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about helping our company reach its goals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through canvassing, calling and marketing strategies.
• Conduct roof and exterior inspections to identify storm damage to residential properties.
• Assist and lead homeowners through the insurance claim process.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with each property owner you meet.
• Work as a team to complete the project with high attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

• Commission based compensation with $500 paid out at the beginning of each contract. Remaining commissions to be paid out after completion of each contract.
• Unlimited and uncapped commission. Ability to earn of $100,000 each year.
• Mentorship to take on a leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
