General Manager USA (m/f/d)

Location: USA, Californien, Santa Clara

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations of IMS Nanofabrication USA, the growing branch in the USA
Directly report to IMS Nanofabrication headquarters (COO) and be responsible for the employees of our USA Branch handling technical and business administration issues including finance and HR
Develop and implement growth strategies in alignment with IMS Headquarters
Plan and maintain the branch’s budget and optimizing expenses
Ensure successful employee hiring and training meet targets
Align training of managers and staff with IMS Headquarters
Analyze and evaluate productivity KPIs, as well as accounting and financial data
Research and identify opportunities for improvements
Generate reports and deliver presentations
Manage a team of managers, fostering close collaboration
Act as the communication interface with our customers’ management for organizational matters
Ensure effective implementation of defined processes throughout the team and provide regular feedback to IMS Headquarters regarding process optimizations

Your Qualifications:
Higher technical or scientific degree (e.g. physics, chemistry, electrical engineering) with proven experience in business administration
Alternatively, a higher degree in business management or business administration with demonstrated experience as manager in the leading-edge semiconductor industry
Essential: Proven Leadership Experience for more than 10 years
Beneficial: Experience with e-beam technologies and photo mask manufacturing
Results-oriented manager with well-developed leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a strong emotional intelligence
Capable of organizing complex situations with attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture
Proficient in the English language; knowledge of German is a plus
