Service Manager USA Branch (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams of Field Service Engineers at various customer sites in the US
Define, monitor, and report KPIs to drive continuous improvements and foster innovation
Enhance and optimize service procedures and processes
Engage in productive dialogues with our valued customers to understand their needs and requirements
Collaborate with colleagues at the headquarters and local partners to form the customer support strategy

Your Qualifications:
Possess a higher technical or scientific degree in disciplines like physics, chemistry, electrical or mechanical engineering
Have significant experience in Field Service within the semiconductor industry
Exhibit strong communication skills at a management level
Be comfortable representing both the customer's interests internally and IMS's brand externally
Willingness to travel within the US to different sites regularly
Prepared to travel to Austria or other countries for training for up to 3 months per year
Prior management experience is highly desirable
Experience with photomask equipment, though not mandatory, is advantageous
