Description: Corteva’s Crop Protection Discovery Operations Center has an opportunity for a Seeding Lab Technician. The Discovery Operations Center manages the greenhouse facility in Indianapolis, with the seeding lab focused on producing plant material for Biology Discovery research groups. If selected, you will work independently and collaboratively within the team. Responsibilities include supporting seeding lab activities, plant production, development of seeding techniques, propagation methodology, and germination testing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process daily seeding requests with accuracy
- Deliver finished orders to the greenhouse
- Assist team as needed
- Learn and execute various techniques for plantings, seeds, and soils
- Interact with automation systems
- Perform quality control data collection and germination testing
- Contribute to greenhouse work and seed inventory maintenance
- Collaborate effectively with team members, colleagues, customers, and researchers
Required Qualifications:
