We are a busy privately owned Real Estate Brokerage that conducts Residential sales, Leasing, and Property Management based in Las Vegas, NV.

Property Management Maintenance Coordinator and Front Office Administrator

Looking for an Individual who is enthusiastic and motivated. Must have good customer service and must be able to pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer incoming calls, direct or take messages for real estate agents and property managers
  • Initiate and Oversee work orders, work closely with vendors, and manage service requests.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and work orders promptly and professionally
  • Dispatch vendors for rental property repairs and coordinate scheduling with tenants.
  • Manage vendor correspondence , updating work orders accordingly, communicating with tenants
  • Provide vendor access to properties for serious or urgent maintenance issues.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate property records including work order notes, maintenance notes, home warranty information, etc.

Experience and Skills:

  • Computer literacy
  • Customer service experience
  • General knowledge of repairs and maintenance is a plus
  • Experience with Appfolio Property Management database is a plus

-Written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

-Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Quick learner and multi-tasker preferred

Service-oriented, team player with a positive attitude looking to be part of a friendly casual office setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • Valid ID (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
