GB Entertainment produces, syndicates, and handles all sponsorship/media sales for the weekly multi-platform video interview series, In Depth with Graham Bensinger. In its 14th season, the Emmy-winning show averages 3 million television viewers and 3.5 million digital viewers airing weekly across the US on the local ABC, NBC, CBS, or FOX station. It additionally re-airs on Bally Sports Nets and NBC Sports Regional Networks, digitally on YouTube and Facebook and TikTok and Snapchat, ESPN in Australia/Latin America/Caribbean, BT Sport in Ireland/UK and TSN in Canada. Past episodes range from the evening with Tom Hanks, to two days in Serbia with Novak Djokovic, to a week in the Bahamas with Sir Richard Branson, to two days in Monaco with Prince Albert. POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for handling all advertising/sponsorship sales and driving revenue growth. Secure meetings with top CMOs and agency executives. Create marketing programs to meet sponsors’ needs. Manage all client relationships. Oversee sponsor social promotion, contracts, and creation of pitch materials. Ensure all negotiated terms are delivered. Travel required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop relationships with CMOs/Marketing VPs and top agency executives in effort to sell out of all available advertising/sponsorships
  • Utilize creative briefs and analytics to build relevant advertising/sponsor proposals (which could include custom content/brand integration/live event taping/etc)
  • Prospecting new clients and key one-off episode sales
  • Handle all deal renewals, contracts, and overseeing sponsor communication
  • Analyze ratings/impression delivery and provide recommendations to optimize sponsor ROI
  • Maintain current corporate/agency contact list, as well as stay up-to-date on industry news and trends
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years media sales and/or buying experience
  • Existing solid CMO/VP marketing relationships
  • History of past successes in business development and/or working with media clients
  • Possess strategic, negotiation, and presentation skills (written & verbal) required to sell program to top decision makers
  • Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines under challenging time constraints, and pay attention to detail
  • Desire to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment
