Why would you want to work at In Flight? Following our mission to empower and support our folks, we feel that same mission for our staff. We know you have seen a lot of companies offering Sign on Bonuses. What do they offer after the sign on bonus? Is it time to find the job where you can stay not just for the money but to have the opportunity for growth and a career? Wouldn’t it be great to be with a company that supports your goals? How much would it mean to you if your administrative staff worked alongside you? That’s In Flight. We are a team, we are a family with a mission that we all support.
In Flight over the past three years has been able to provide the following to all staff including per diem:
- Bonuses each year
- Pay increases to all DSPs and Managers
- Increased our incoming rates – (that means you)
- Hazard pay for working during COVID
- Did not require staff to get the COVID vaccine
- Kept the employee benefit contributions exceedingly low- (that means In Flight pays lots of money for health benefits, so our staff do not)
Come join the team that is in place. They are truly amazing people who work hard every day. We cannot do what we do without them, and we could use more people like them. Are you committed? Do you go over and above? Do you truly care about helping and supporting people with IDD? Do you want to make a difference and be a part of something that matters?
In Flight’s Managers are committed to our mission, they support and provide opportunities for our folks. They create a family environment, and they roll up their sleeves and lead by example. Do you want to be a part of a team that is filled with compassion, respect, and dedication? Are you looking for leadership that will guide you and support you in your career? Then In Flight is the place for you!
