Home Health Aide

```Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting equipment
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Monitor and report changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals
- Maintain accurate medical documentation

Skills:
- Experience in hospice care, home care, or assisted living is preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper body mechanics and lifting equipment
- Proficient in meal preparation and following dietary restrictions
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills to provide emotional support and effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with medical documentation procedures
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others

Pay: $16.42 - $18.73 per hour
