```Job Summary:```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to start our new center. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our surgery center. The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory surgery compliance and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

```Responsibilities:```

  • Provides management oversight for nursing, providers and surgical coordinator
  • Maintains physician credentialing files
  • Maintains employee records
  • Assists with resolving personnel issues
  • Sends out patient notes to referring physicians
  • Manages day to day operations of facility
  • Responsible for implementing the office’s mission and strategic vision
  • Establishes and implements improvements for office operating policies and procedures
  • Ensures office compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery
  • Maintains professional affiliations, keeps current in latest healthcare trends, and serves as a representative with other health organizations, government agencies, and third-party payers
  • Manages and keeps current practice insurance relationships, including monitoring of related reimbursement, negotiation with third-party payers, provider credentialing, and maintenance of contracts
  • Assist in escalation of patient grievances
  • Compiles and prepares various status reports for management in order to analyze trends and make recommendations
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the organization

- Supervise and coordinate staff members

- Develop and implement policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

- Oversee budgeting and financial management

- Coordinate patient care activities

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality care

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations

- Provide support and guidance to staff members

```Qualifications:```

-Current nursing licensce in MD

- Previous experience in management or a related field

-Experience in ambulatory surgery

- Knowledge of medical terminology and acute care practices

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Ability to Relocate:

  • Bowie, MD 20716: Relocate before starting work (Required)
