Retail Sales Associate

In-Touch Communications, an Authorized Retailer for UScellular, is looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communications skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify clients needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability. We are a fast-growing company who likes to promote within!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Compensation: Base Hourly Wage Commission Other Bonuses

Essential Functions:

• Greet and direct customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals by successfully selling wireless products and services to new and existing customers
• Develop a positive business relationship with customers by contacting them about products and solutions and making purchases
• Sell products with a wide range of features to meet the customer's needs
• Build long-term relationships with customers by contacting them about products and solutions and making purchases
• Achieve monthly sales target set by the company
• Maintain current knowledge of products and services by attending educational events, joining clubs or organizations, and taking classes
• Perform all duties in an accurate, efficient, and thorough manner
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus. Salesforce a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Professionalism A must
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
