We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our San Antonio Learning Center who likes the challenge of a fast-paced environment. Ideally, the candidate must possess a willingness and ability to learn quickly and be a motivated and detail-oriented team player. It is important to be polished in appearance and possess great communication skills, professionalism and always with a positive attitude. This position supports the general administration and maintenance of the Learning Center, while also helping to promote a fun and encouraging environment for our kiddos to thrive.
Here is how you do that:
- Lead the local operations function for a location within a larger region
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a steward for our culture of promoting clinical integrity and always “doing the right thing”
- Use problem solving skills to coordinate, collaborate, develop, and maximize scheduling efficiency for therapy sessions
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with staff and families we serve
- Work with off-site support departments on a daily basis to facilitate starts of care
- Participate in interviews and make hiring recommendations
- Provide immediate feedback to staff members who are deviating from InBloom’s expectations
- Real time updates and maintenance of Salesforce and Central Reach and other systems.
- Independently address employee and client concerns
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and problem solve
- Help clinicians with clients in certain situations as they arise
- Oversee and take ownership of facility maintenance tasks and coordinate outside vendors as needed
- Organize and maintain center inventory
- Maintain cost containment through effective purchasing
- Assist with the onboarding of all new staff members
- Assist with the onboarding of all new clients: Inquiry, Care Coordination, Assessment Administrative Documentation, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

This is what we need:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of prior management experience
- Experience and passion for helping children and their families
- Must be flexible with schedule and adaptable with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ABA Therapy Center experience strongly preferred
- Great work ethic and time management skills
- Proactive and capable of accomplishing necessary tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with little or no supervision
- Must be flexible and adaptable to regular changes.
