Position Overview

Account Managers are responsible for being the first point of contact for our potential clients through our online portal. In this position you will consult with first-time business owners in offering custom solutions on getting their business launched and ready to grow!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients that have inquired about our products and services through our online portal
• Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer’s needs when qualifying them
• Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and business startup consultation to increase customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers while following our proven revenue producing scripting
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact

• $20.00 an hour Base Bonuses Commissions (Top Consultants earn between $50,000 & $70,000 annually)

Qualifications:

• Excellent Phone Communication Skills and computer skills
• Experience using CRM systems and ability to type
• At least one year in a sales role where you are "closing the sale"
• Ability to read and speak to a script
• A Passion for Helping Others
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
