Do you know anyone who has experienced the incarceration of a family member or friend? We have developed a cutting edge and culturally inclusive curriculum that has been implemented into school programs to teach at risk kids with minds entrepreneurial skills to put them on a path to success. “Hustle Smarter” & “PATH to Success Program” these programs also train former street hustlers in legal business to transition them from illegal hustling to social entrepreneurs who positively impact the community.

How do you feel about cleaning up our streets and cleaning up the environment and the same time? We have organized & coordinated an anti-crime & anti-litter campaign that literally picks up trash/litter in impoverished and underserved communities as well as areas LIKE THE HILLSBOROUGH RIVER! “The Clean Up!!!” is a monthly event that focuses on our local areas that have been negatively affected by crime and litter.

Your job as the Event Organizer is to focus on the following responsibilities :

A. Learning & Teaching-back our Full-Service Marketing Strategies.

B. Understanding Product Knowledge for one of our many products.

C. Choosing locations to setup a “Pop-Up Promotions Booth”, or a “Door-to-Door Community Outreach Campaign” or a “Business to Business Campaign”.

D. Interviewing potential team members for your own team.

E. Traveling to locations with your newest team members to train our Full-Service Marketing Strategies back to them.

F. Breaking down each of your team members days and determining the next steps to their growth.

G. Networking with other successful Event Organizers

H. Networking with other local businesses for potential Sponsorships or Community Partnerships.

I. Consolidate with donators to grow Google Reviews, Social Medias, encourage word-of-mouth, and prevent buyer’s remorse.

J. Creating & implementing fund-raising ideas.

K. Having fun while making money and SAVING THE WORLD!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $24,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
