DescriptionJob DescriptionContent Strategy & Planning - Work with business sponsor and subject matter experts to identify content requirements, curate knowledge assets and ensure it is accessible to the target group and take measures to promote/archive as appropriate.Content Curation - Curate/update business content available on internal communities and platforms. - Collaborate with appropriate business and technology stakeholders on the key learning material priorities and timelines. - Schedule content/knowledge sharing sessions with appropriate stakeholders, convert collected assets to a different digital format and learning modules. - Structure the learning material and manage the learning management system for storing and organizing all the training modules. Must to have: Have prior 8 years in Learning and Development digital content curation experience.Ability to take content decisions even when information is limited, work effectively in a team and autonomously, and implement different projects at once.Capacity to detect and minimize risks, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize activitiesExcellent communication, organizational and analytical skillsExperience in financial services
