As an HRIS Analyst specializing in Oracle systems, you will play a crucial role in assisting internal employees with configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing various HRIS modules. Your primary focus will be on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with experience in specific modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition (Taleo), Performance Management, and Vacation Balances. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of these modules, reaching out to Oracle for support as needed, and actively contributing to the improvement of HRIS processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support in configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Taleo, Performance Management, and Vacation Balances.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs and requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the HR team and Oracle support, effectively communicating issues and seeking resolutions in a timely manner.
• Continuously evaluate HRIS processes and systems, making suggestions for improvements and enhancements to optimize functionality.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HRIS modules, conducting regular audits and quality checks.
• Provide training and support to end users on HRIS functionality and processes.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud updates, enhancements, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Maintain documentation of HRIS configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

• 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting various modules.
• Proficiency in specific HRIS modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Taleo, Performance Management, and Vacation Balances.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and Oracle support.
• Openness to hearing others' input and ideas, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
