InCharge Logistics has an exciting Team Drivers (NO-TOUCH FREIGHT) Class A CDL opportunity contracted with FedEx Linehaul out of Troutdale, OR!!!
TEAM SPOT: Once per week, a dedicated team run that leaves for Hartford, CT. on Tuesday will return Sunday morning. We do have other opportunities for more runs!!
**LEAD DRIVER OPPORTUNITY TO TRAIN STUDENT TEAM MEMBER IF REQUIRED**

- $0.90 cents per mile (up to 6,500 miles divided between 2 drivers = 3,250 miles x 0.90= 2,925)
- Retention Bonus
- Weekly Safety Bonus: $100/wk, up to $5,200 /annually

CDL Truck Driver Benefits:
*All TEAM DRIVERS will receive a driver care package with bedsheets, toiletries kit, and cleaning supplies*
- Paid vacation - accrued at 0.16 hours for a day's work (up to 40 hrs. per year)

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL License- with Doubles/Triples endorsement
- Current DOT Medical Card
- 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience (within the last 3 years required)
- Clean driving record (in the past 3 years required)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Clear a drug screen
- At least 21 years of age
Preferred Qualities:
- Excellent attention to detail with the skill set to problem-solve independently
- Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
- Always holds high ethical standards
- Proven track record of reliability
- Prior professional driving experience
- Prior experience representing a well-regarded consumer brand with professionalism
