Roadside Assistance Driver / WV Courtesy Patrol Program
IncidentClear is seeking out individuals who possess motivation, a desire to serve, and those who have a history of service to others to be a part of the West Virginia Courtesy Patrol Program.
IncidentClear's Courtesy Patrol drivers provide rapid response clearance and assistance of disabled vehicles and removal of road debris while patrolling West Virginia's most highly traveled roadways. Under the program, Courtesy Patrol drivers will assist motorists and keep highways safe by performing the following services:
- Repair minor mechanical problems
- Removing debris from the road at the scene of an accident
- Providing minimal amounts of fuel
- Providing emergency medical assistance
HOURS:
Hours of operations are 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Shift A 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 pm
Shift B 11:00 pm – 7:00 a.m.
Hiring is needed for both shifts. IncidentClear plans on hiring part-time personnel and full-time personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maintain willingness and ability to serve others
- 25 years of age minimum
- Possess knowledge or willingness to learn the incident management discipline
- Have a safe driving record with a current West Virginia driver's license. Drivers cannot have in excess of two (2) moving violations within an 18-month time period.
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Pass a criminal background check and driver license investigation (no felony convictions)
- Pass a background check
- Pass a pre-employment and an annual random drug test
- Possess certification in first-aid or willingness to obtain certification
- Possess knowledge of basic automotive mechanics
- Possess sound judgment in carrying out their duties and conduct themselves in such a manner that will reflect favorably upon IncidentClear and West Virginia Courtesy Patrol.
IncidentClear plans to give preference to former military and those with experience with the West Virginia Courtesy Patrol.
