We are looking for an experienced Agency Recruiter to source, recruit, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for multiple companies within different departments and seniority levels. You will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers at client companies
  • Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking, cold calling, and other recruiting methods
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Create compelling summary of candidates experience and skills that aligns with clients’ requirements
  • Negotiate job offers and salary packages with candidates
  • Keep track of candidate progress and status throughout the hiring process
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions to stay competitive
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets set by Inclusive Diversity
  • Provide great customer service to our clients and candidates
  • Provide Sales Executives with a shortlist of candidates to present to clients
  • Help candidates prepare for their interview
  • Update Sales Executives and candidates about decision & hiring status
  • Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn, user groups, networking events)
  • Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Document detailed notes of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations within Inclusive Diversity’s ATS

Requirements and skills:

  • Must be a US citizen or green card holder and currently reside in the US
  • At least 2 years of prior experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter is a must
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to find and attract top talent
  • Must have current or previous solid experience in IT or healthcare recruiting
  • Proven experience evaluating applicants for a variety of senior-level roles
  • Experience with different interview formats: in-person interviews, video interviews, phone screens, etc.
  • Ability to plan and manage initial recruiting stages (e.g., job posting, networking, sourcing, cold calling, screening, and interviewing)
  • Sound knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience creating summary of candidates that aligns with clients’ requirements
  • Current or prior CDR training & certification a plus
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Degree is nice to have but not a requirement
  • Must show ability to work independently
  • Must be a team-player and be willing to collaborate with other team members both onshore and offshore
