What we're looking for:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Clerk experience, preferred.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Experience with SAP, EWM and MS Office Suite, preferred
- Proper grammar when replying to email inquiries from customers.
Who you are:
- Someone with good judgment and decision-making abilities/skills.
- An excellent communicator, both oral and written.
- Basic math skills are a must.
- Responsibly operate forklift, crane, and truck as needed.
- Warehouse program and software knowledge.
- Able to work flexible schedule, as needed, to ensure job is completed for the day.
How you will thrive and create an impact:
- Schedules inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities.
- Coordinates Carrier/inbound/Outbound trucks to dock doors and schedule adherence
- Releases Waves and processes wave exceptions.
- Ensures proper labels and tickets have been applied before shipping.
- Performs visual quality inspection of all products (Wrap/Strap/Box/Pallet Condition before shipping)
- Maintains good security habits at dock doors.
- Assists in loading and unloading trucks when necessary; operates PIT equipment as needed.
- Complies with OSHA and other appropriate standards.
- Ensures the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents.
- Gathers and maintains all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.
- Enters data into systems and data collection documents.
- Monitors and performs task for QN QM10 and EWM Inbound system Maint.
- Ensures that receiving counts match packing lists and purchase orders and that shipping counts match picking documents.
- Assists in resolving any discrepancies.
- Collects all documentation for inbound freight and perform proper record-keeping.
- Directs and oversees the pallet control and exchange program.
- Participates in cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy (As needed)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$41,000.00 - $68,300.00
Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
