Inclusively is partnering with a chemicals and materials company to hire a Clerk- Distribution.

What we're looking for:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
• Clerk experience, preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Experience with SAP, EWM and MS Office Suite, preferred
• Proper grammar when replying to email inquiries from customers.

Who you are:

• Someone with good judgment and decision-making abilities/skills.
• An excellent communicator, both oral and written.
• Basic math skills are a must.
• Responsibly operate forklift, crane, and truck as needed.
• Warehouse program and software knowledge.
• Able to work flexible schedule, as needed, to ensure job is completed for the day.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• Schedules inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities.
• Coordinates Carrier/inbound/Outbound trucks to dock doors and schedule adherence
• Releases Waves and processes wave exceptions.
• Ensures proper labels and tickets have been applied before shipping.
• Performs visual quality inspection of all products (Wrap/Strap/Box/Pallet Condition before shipping)
• Maintains good security habits at dock doors.
• Assists in loading and unloading trucks when necessary; operates PIT equipment as needed.
• Complies with OSHA and other appropriate standards.
• Ensures the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents.
• Gathers and maintains all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.
• Enters data into systems and data collection documents.
• Monitors and performs task for QN QM10 and EWM Inbound system Maint.
• Ensures that receiving counts match packing lists and purchase orders and that shipping counts match picking documents.
• Assists in resolving any discrepancies.
• Collects all documentation for inbound freight and perform proper record-keeping.
• Directs and oversees the pallet control and exchange program.
• Participates in cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy (As needed)
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$41,000.00 - $68,300.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
