Job Description:
As part of the company’s Discretionary Assets & Revenue Center of Excellence, you will be using a wide range of data from industry/competitive information to customer demographics to help inform business strategy and decision making. The Team
The Discretionary Assets & Revenue Center of Excellence is a single point of expertise for the company’s managed investment products, with firm-wide responsibilities for analyzing and forecasting assets and revenue. We deliver scalable solutions and provide business leaders with valuable information on the company’s products, competitors, and broader industry trends. We have a mix of finance and data subject matter authorities and deliver value by seeking out automation opportunities, creating process efficiencies, and delivering data-driven insights to help inform senior leaders across the organization.

You will be looked upon to provide thought leadership as it pertains to asset & flow trends, revenue analytics, and industry trends. In addition, you will play a critical role in coordinating the revenue planning & budgeting process for discretionary products, working closely with key business partners in corporate, asset management and distribution channel finance to continue to evolve the quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes for AUM revenue. You will also help explain technical concepts to various stakeholders (educating steering committees, coaching junior analysts, defining requirements with technology partners) as well as prototype and develop requirements for data infrastructure and centralized revenue modeling. Finally, the candidate will be encouraged to mentor junior analysts on problem solving, analytical skills, and business intelligence tools.
