Incredible Marketing is expanding again and we are seeking a Copywriter to handle our Incredible clients through the strategic and fun content marketing process.

Working as a part of our Copywriting and Agency Team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality original content with the end goal of improving our clients' brand awareness, educating patients and inspiring action that leads to sales. You will primarily be responsible for the following:

Creating high-quality content based on subjects, titles and keywords provided to you
- Pitching ideas for topics, keywords and new content formats
- Following requirements in terms of style and project specifications
- Conducting research on procedures and industry trends
- Optimizing content according to SEO best practices
- Editing, proofreading and improving your own content before submitting it for client review
- Revising content according to client specifications
- Participating in client meetings
- Managing personal workload and deadlines
- Participating in team and company meetings
- Working on internal initiatives to improve our operations or offerings
- Working with internal teams to execute strategies or provide clients answers to questions.
Communication:

Effective and consistent communication is the cornerstone of success — you must be comfortable and confident communicating, as well as being an attentive listener
- Excellent verbal and written skills are required
- You will primarily communicate with the lead content writer, other members of the copywriting team, Account Managers and Project Managers
- You will communicate with other departments and the leadership team as required
- Some client communication is expected
Client Relationship:

You will work closely with Account Managers and Project Managers, who are the primary points of contact for clients
- When necessary, you will communicate directly with clients to:
- Help define their content needs and brand voice
- Conduct research
- Respond to revision requests
- Must be resourceful and utilize the platforms internally to help your clients
- Expected to assist clients with inquiries on matters outside of your role should those situations arise
- Form strong relationships with your clients, truly understanding their brand and goals
Qualifications:

2 years direct Content Marketing / Copywriting experience with tangible results — beauty, aesthetics or medical industry history is a plus!
- Solid knowledge of fundamental writing, editing and content marketing principles
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Computer savvy
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- Attention to detail, timeliness and professionalism
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal, written and people skills
- Ability to communicate clinical or difficult concepts in a way that a lay audience can easily understand
- Can participate in idea generation and strategy development
- Must be comfortable communicating with clients as needed
- Highly-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast, dynamic work environment
Pluses:

Familiarity with Grammarly, Slack, Wrike and ADP
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs and similar tools
- Experience with other forms of media (e.g. photo, video, audio, graphic design, journalism)
- Understanding the importance and benefits of content marketing
- Following developments in the content marketing / digital marketing space
- Knowledge of the cosmetic medical industry and aesthetics trends
