Facilities Coordinator
Job Posting for Facilities Coordinator at Incubation Systems Private Limited
Responsibilities:
- Act as the front desk representative, providing exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and employees.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and HVAC-related issues.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails, including sorting, scanning, and distributing to the appropriate recipients.
- Serve as the point of contact for the security system, maintaining access logs, generating passcodes, and overseeing security card printing and distribution.
- Provide general administrative support to the manager, including arranging lunches, preparing purchase orders, tracking invoices, and coordinating with vendors.
- Assist in maintaining office inventory controls and tracking expenses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for preparing presentations and managing data.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or facility coordinator preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment and systems.
- Experience with vendor coordination and knowledge of office policies and procedures is a plus.

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
