IND Technology is a world leader in predictive maintenance technology and we have a clear goal: to improve the safety and reliability of power network using smart sensing technologies. In doing so, IND Technology drive a positive impact on power grids, save communities from devastating wildfires started by powerlines, and saving ratepayers billions of dollars.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans.
This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can effectively analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and provide strong leadership to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the CEO and COO, you will:
- build and manage a team of sales professionals across the US.
- Build and grow our sales pipeline by identifying and proactively sourcing potential clients (regulated utilities, community owned network owners)
- Build relationships and advance IND Technology’s thought leadership by serving as a resource and advisor to utilities that are modernizing the grid using new technologies.
- Prepare high-quality presentations; and organize and lead , and scoping meetings with utilities.
