Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and experience optimizing content for search engines
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite (on-the-job training is provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in e-commerce and understanding of online consumer behavior is a plus
- Basic photography and video editing skills are preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
