Hiring Event Details:

• Event Date: April 11th, 2024
• Event Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Doors will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. If you are not able to get your preferred time slot you are still welcome to come)
• Event Address: 25282 Northwest Fwy, Suite 190 Cypress, TX 77429
• Job Hourly Rate: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr
• Job Shift Time: Saturday, April 20th, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in high-volume, upscale service environments, preferably in catering or fine dining.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Able to read, write, and speak in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to memorize and recite menus and cocktail selections.
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
• Dress code: White button-up shirt, black bow tie, black suit pants, black apron, black leather shoes, and removal of nail varnish and facial piercings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all service aspects of event serving.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, physical safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and accommodate customers with food allergies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, while also performing assigned cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
