```Duties```
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately
- Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids and lifting equipment
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including regular housekeeping tasks
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for their needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach towards elderly individuals
- Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
